| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the following day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of delivery. Cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused item within 14 days (excluding CDs, DVDs, videos and printed materials) of date of receipt for purchase price credit. Please email us at info@kalii.net to obtain a return authorization number; please provide original invoice number, product being returned and the reason for return. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to decline returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. |

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the following business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Shipping times are only an estimate and are not guaranteed as delays can occur due to inclement weather, missed courier connections or time zone differences. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Kalii Net Enterprises is not responsible for in-transit delays of any kind. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Kalii.net or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Orders are accepted and filled with the understanding that title to the goods is passed to you upon us turning the shipment over to the carrier. We accept no liability regarding products not arriving at their final destination for any reason other than our failure to turn them over to the proper carrier.
The customer is responsible for paying all imposed duty and custom fees and charges when package arrives as products have differing rates that apply. These fees are not included in the order total. Kalii Net Enterprise prices do not include include any taxes or other fees that may be levied by the country of delivery.
DECLINED SHIPMENTS:
If orders are refused and returned to us, Kalii Net Enterprises will consider the order complete and return the goods to our stock. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered. For orders shipped to other provinces or states, you are solely responsible for all provincial sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Kalii Net Enterprises shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kalii Net Enterprises shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kalii Net Enterprises shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
