Shipping
Most domestic orders placed before 5:00PM Monday-Friday will usually ship out the following business day. Same day shipping doesn't apply to international orders, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, or Special Order items.
Your order will be shipped to the Shipping Address that you provide. The Shipping Address must match the Billing Address. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as Kalii Net Enterprises cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please watch for more international shipping options, coming soon!
Backorders
All orders will be shipped with current available inventory. Customers will be notified of any items that are out of stock by phone or by email. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. |
