Here are answers to commonly asked questions:
Backorders
All orders will be shipped with current available inventory. Customers will be notified of any items that are out of stock by phone or by email. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
Merchandise Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused item within 14 days (excluding CDs, DVDs, videos and printed materials) of date of receipt for purchase price credit. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number; please provide original invoice number, product being returned and the reason for return. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to decline returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
Shipping
Most domestic orders placed before 5:00PM Monday-Friday will usually ship out the following business day. Same day shipping doesn't apply to international orders, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, or Special Order items.
Your order will be shipped to the Shipping Address that you provide. The Shipping Address must match the Billing Address. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as Kalii Net Enterprises cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please watch for more international shipping options, coming soon!
