Can you tell me about your shipping policies?

Shipping
Most domestic orders placed before 5:00PM Monday-Friday will usually ship out the following business day. Same day shipping doesn't apply to international orders, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, or Special Order items. 
 
Your order will be shipped to the Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.  Please watch for international shipping options, coming soon!
 
The customer is responsible for paying all imposed duty and custom fees and charges when package arrives as products have differing rates that apply.  These fees are not included in the order total.  Kalii Net Enterprises prices do not include include any taxes or other fees that may be levied by the country of delivery.
 
Backorders
All orders will be shipped with current available inventory. Customers will be notified of any items that are out of stock by phone or by email. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be charged with the first part of the shipment, if applicable, or when the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
 
 
What is your Return Policy?
 
Merchandise Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused item within 14 days (excluding CDs, DVDs, videos, printed materials and goggles) of date of receipt for purchase price credit.  A 15% restocking fee may be applied. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number; please provide original invoice number, product being returned and the reason for return. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to decline returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
 
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?

Our goal is to ship orders immediately so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website unless you have ordered an item that is Out of Stock. Please double-check your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you’ve selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The reason we request your e-mail address is so we will be able to send you information regarding your order, (order confirmation, order processing, and tracking number). We may e-mail you coupons or discount offers in the future.
